What happens in the demo?

This is a 30-minute session with a document processing specialist from Staple. We walk through the platform and run live extractions on your documents, if you bring them. You will see accuracy on your actual files, not a canned dataset.

Who should attend?

Whoever owns the document processing workflow. That is usually the AP or operations lead, sometimes with IT or procurement. Bring the person who can describe the current pain. They get the most from the session.

How does pricing work?

Three plans: Standard starts at $6,000 per year. Premium and Customised are priced on volume and requirements. Every plan includes data extraction, SAP integration, and 300+ language support. See Pricing

Accuracy depends on document type and language mix. On standard digital documents, extraction accuracy exceeds 95%. On multilingual documents Staple reached 99.6%. Bring your documents to a demo and we will run extractions on your actual files.
